I'm writing this review for my grandparents. After experiencing an attic fire, Luke and his team were extremely quick to respond. As he said, the longer the smoke remains in the house, the more difficult it will be to remediate. SERVPRO worked around the clock to restore my grandparents' house. They did a fantastic job. Each crew member was courteous, kind, and very attentive to the needs of my grandparents through this difficult time. We would highly recommend Luke and his team!

SERVPRO did a great job on managing the project from start to finish and updating us on every step of the job. The job was done right and they were very thorough and professional. Luke and Patricia were very helpful, easy to work with,  showed great patience. Work was done in a timely manner. It really does look "Like it never even happened."

I don't even know where to start. Luke was so professional and treated my home as if it was his own. Always kept me informed on every step that had to be done. Never ever left anything undone and no messes. I have two little dogs and never had to worry about them or put them up.
