This flooded basement was the result of a broken water main coming into the house.  This particular burst was a tricky one because of the fact that a someone had covered the main water shut off valve within the wall.  When the homeowner found her spare room under two inches of water, she had no idea where it was coming from.

With our state of art equipment and knowelgable staff, we were able to determine where the water was coming from and stop it from getting worse.  

We worked diligently with the homeowners insurance company and keep our client and the insurance company up to date on everything that was happening with the claim.
