Flooded Basement in Jerome, ID

After coming home from a trip the customer came home to a flooded basement. There was about two feet of water. it came to the second step from the bottom on the stairs.

The water came from a ruptured hose from outside the home.

We extracted the water, removed the effected contents from the basement, dried and cleaned the basement.

The customer was very pleased with outcome and expressed her gratitude with SERVPRO. 

The customer could not stop expressing on how grateful she was and friendly and understanding our techs were on working on cleaning up her room and getting it ready to put back together "Like it never even happened."
